The Lending Library is now open! We have several books ready for you to check out from our library. This is a special collection of books that will help you save money on your text books, and help you in your personal development. Check out the list below to see if you could benefit from these books. If you wish to check out a book simply come by to see me for the form, head to the front desk of the library, use your CPTC library card to check out the book of your choice. It is that easy! You can use the book for a few weeks or renew it for longer. Keep this in mind for next quarter and maybe save some costs on your text books.

- Getting Solid – A publication of FosterClub that helps youth from care develop permanency through forming solid relationships with peers and young adults.
- Vital Friends – A book that discusses the power of friendship and how all adults need friends at home, work, and play.
- How Full is Your Bucket? – A book devoted to the power of encouragement in relationships. It discusses the impact of our behaviors when we are positive and negative.
- QBQ – A book about how to take personal responsibility and accountability.
- Flux – A collection of stories, guidance and artwork from adults who have transitioned from former care.
- On Their Own – A book that talks about the challenges that youth face when they age out of the foster care system. This book also tells the story of several young people and their journey to independence.
